Dedicated Telegram Bot, as seen in Amboss

Amboss has a much less automated flow for asks/orders but a Wonderful telegram bot that would be great to have on Pool.

it’s common for my asks to match, get the channel opening, see it on my BOS TG BOT, without knowing at first glance if it was from pool and in which conditions. It does not differentiate Pool orders from the rest. But of course: if it’s me opening, surely it was.
