mailto enabled on invoice

Description
When an email is defined for a patient, a button or link is enabled on invoiced examination to prépare a mail with mailto with:

• subject
• body (which is defined in settings)
• attachment
• recipient

This helper prepares an email with the configured client email on the machine for the patient with the attached invoice
