Hi! Piper is just a front-end for libratbag https://github.com/libratbag/libratbag.
Can you try changing some options with ratbagctl, the command line interface for libratbag, and attach the output of verbose ratbagd (sudo systemctl stop ratbagd && sudo ratbagd)?

ratbags version (ratbagd --version): Whatever comes with the latest Flapak of Piper as of 2024-02-15

ratbagd is not actually supplied with the flatpak, it's installed with your system's package manager.

Hello, thank you for your reply. I'm a bit confused when you say that ratbags does not come with the Piper Flatpak:

As for the command you asked me to run, I get this:
ratbag error: unknown tag: 0x45
hidraw7: "Logitech G703 LS", 5 profiles

I think the project is dead, almost 2 years since the last update. RIP.
