I just realized that the SPF record of liberapay.com was incomplete. Apparently I never added include:amazonses.com to it, so it's been incomplete since we switched to SES in August 2018. Most servers accepted our messages anyway because DKIM was working, but hopefully now that the SPF record is fixed the more stringent servers will accept our emails as well.
