While translating the newest strings to German I found more usage of "invoice" and "payment" in the texts. Is there a new feature extending the donation workflow? An oversight diagram of the participants and the flow of money would help me naming everything right.

I have a few questions (if this is the right place).
The invoice can only by charged by a organisation memeber to his/her organisation? Or is it possible to create invoices between individuals? Could a freelancer charge this way for his work from other liberapay members? Who can accept an invoice in an organisation?

For now invoices can only be sent from an individual to an organization, and they can only be expense reports (not bills for work).

The organization will be able to choose who can invoice it (e.g. either anyone or only its members). Currently invoices are only enabled for the LiberapayOrg account and the two users who actually had invoices to send (me and Zatalyz).

Anyone who has access the organization account can accept an invoice (for LiberapayOrg that means only me). Liberapay doesn't support members for organization accounts yet, only team accounts have members.
