[Feature Request] Dark Mode

I wonder if its possible for Dark Mode to be added. I have searched for a existing Issue like this and nothing came up in the search results.

It's possible, but dark modes are mostly useful for apps that are used a lot, whereas Liberapay is typically only used every once in a while.

We should complete the migration to Bootstrap 4 (#940) before attempting to implement this.

Personally I view this as a general problem (applicable to all web sites) and therefore I solve it at the browser level with an add-on.

I used to use Dark Background and Light Text, but more recently I switched to Dark Reader.
