Is your feature request related to a problem?

private: std::vector<cpr::Cookie> cookies_;
cpr::cookies class does not provide an interface for deleting the specified element and update cookie

Possible Solution

like c # CookieContainer can automatically manage cookies through Expired time, Path and domain
