RTL文件中的ROM和RAM两个模块是一样的，为什么不删除一个。这样在顶层就直接调用两次就可以了。
而且ROM的是只读的吧？

这里的ROM相当于真实MCU中的Flash，RAM相当于SRAM。
这里的ROM是可读可写的。
ROM和RAM的空间大小不一样的。

指令是存在rom中吗？
指令来源是那个文件？

指令是存在ROM，指令来源于inst.data文件。
github更新会不及时，建议你去这里看最新的内容。
