LIA-215: demographic filters

Create one or more (usability decision) demographic filters that allow our users to filter the database by some of the categories that are provided by the people directory when the forms or profiles are already filled out.

• Filter by Genre (categories already predetermined in Liane)
• Filter by City (Select menu that shows only those that have already been filled at least once)
• Filter by Region (Select menu that shows only those that have already been filled at least once)
• Filter by Age:
  16-24
  25-34
  35-44
  45-54
  55-64
  65+
  (for this liane will need to calculate the data of the profiles that have the complete date of birth)
