User Story 1-2: Individually Configuring nested Child Reactors

Referring to the example from User Story 1-1, users should be able to individually configure each reactor of the topology as per their requirements. For example, configuring load balancers in each POP, caches within each Server differently. We can think about something more practical since arrays (with linear combination to find the index in array) would not work here.
