To Do

  • Fit into profile
  • Decide on material/process
  • Decide on fasteners
  • Figure out attachment points

Summary

The new core should do everything better, easier. The design should be easy to produce (maybe not resin, maybe not 3D printed?) It will be variable stiffness, be made of woodlike a wood ski or skateboard

Requirements

  • Light
  • Stiff
  • Durable
  • Fastens nicely to outsole
  • Looks cool
  • Producable

Success metrics

  • Cost to manufacture
  • strength to weight
  • Universality - one size fitting more is better!
