Reconnect or re get DBHandle

Hi.
After some tests get error

erocksdb:open("test_db2", [], []).
{error,{db_open,"IO error: lock test_db2/LOCK: No locks available"}}

And here no way to close or restore connect with data without erlang node restarting?

Can you reproduce this issue with the latest version?
Also the minimum procedure to reproduce would be much appreciated.
