Does not work on projects configured with remote interpreter

To reproduce, just create a project with a remote interpreter.

I'm not sure how to get more detailed info, but on all my projects configured with a remote interpreter, BlackConnect does not do anything. No error messages that I can see.

It works fine on projects with local interpreter.
