blackd not not starting automatically on macOS Monterey 12.4, PyCharm 12.1.3 #36

After install I am manually having to run blackd in terminal it does not auto start.

message failed to connect to blackd connection refused from PyCharm notification,

Same problem here:

MacOS Monterey v 12.5 (21G72)
PyCharm 2022.2 (Community Edition)
Build #PC-222.3345.131, built on July 27, 2022
