The goal of this script is to allow spawning several clients in a predefined layout to simply setting up a semi-integrated development environment.

The major focus is the [tmux](https://tmux.github.io/) multiplexer, but support for [dvtm](https://github.com/martanne/dvtm) is also provided in vertical stacking mode only.

Commands

autosplit

This command is intended to be used in a new empty session in a supported terminal multiplexer, using it in a session that contains more than one window might result in a wonky layout.

The first optional argument is the layout and can be one of the following:

• vstack: vertical stack with a left hand side main view

• hstack: horizontal stack with a top main view

• grid: array of equally sized tiles

The second argument is optional if the layout has been specified, and dictates how much space is available in the window:

• large: all clients (doc, jump, tools) are opened

• medium: the doc and jump clients are opened

• small: the doc client is opened

An unrenamed client is always created additionally to the above clients for regular editing.
