IBM Microsoft and Amazon have a majority of the market share.

The Problem is all of them do offer insecure legacy Software as a Service to ruin data and value as also let you pay then more then you would pay on dedicated servers.

Users should be able to fully understand the software that they run and also the costs it produces.
