Issue that this suggestion fixes

I see a next meeting in MeetingBar and I would like to send the participants a chat message before the meeting starts.

Solution description

Analog to Email attendees I suggest to add an item Chat with attendees, where applicable. Ideally, there is a shortcut available as well.

Alternatives considered

Currently I've to open the meetings app (in this case Microsoft Teams), search for the meeting in the calendar and chose Chat with participants
