Isobaric quant from openMS can take a correction matrix or use default one. We currently only use default.
Isabelle has an idea that the "new" default that in openMS was introduced in version 2.5 or something, is worse for melt curve analysis. If we add an option for this we could change it and see how it turns out, as well as actually vary the matrix with different TMT batches.
