default.intermine.properties.file #172

In some of the mines, project.xml contains a line near the top,

  <property name="default.intermine.properties.file" location="../default.intermine.integrate.properties"/>

but that file does not exist. I suspect it was a holdover from biotestmine. Can we remove it?
