Should the tcm be switched to store as 2 vov?

It should, even though this will be painful

Also the names are very confusing, we currently have:

  • tcm.id
  • tcm.idx
  • tcm.index
  • tcm.array_id
  • and tcm.array_idx
    in different places of the code / on disk, at minimum we could update the documentation to be more clear.
