What web server are you using?

Hi, I tried launching a very simple Node+Express web server, and I can't get anything more than the GUI + a black box to show up.

Not sure if this is source issue or me being stupid. I can't quite get normal cesium to work either

I use a simple Apache, it's all static really, just for the demo.

Seems to just be an issue with running web servers in my version of Win8.
Anything besides IIS acts pretty buggy. Was able to run this on my Ubuntu
netbook without error and the exact same static server.
