Inscription is not displayed in leather as expected when send to native segwit address

A user send an inscription to their BTC balance address by accident (it is a pizza pet)
We expect to see no balance but we do expect to see the transaction history of the incoming inscription/sats
We expect to see the inscription in the collectables area, but it does not show there.

Oddly this user sees both the bitcoin transaction and the balance as available.
