I've just been reviewing F# questions on Stackoverflow.com and noticed https://stackoverflow.com/questions/72015148/generating-a-random-ipv6-ula-subnet
So I dug into and found this library for working with IPv6.

According to a mentioned Wikipedia page, this is not a trivial task of random bytes generation 😄
