gui: Do a pretty Web Interface for fnx #16

Why? This is will expose functions on the Web, so we better have something pretty!
How? Instead of coding CSS by hand, we could use a layout Generator:
- I tryied to look on the web online a css generator, without much success
- We may try something like using Dreamweaver (!) to generate a pretty CSS

+1 for the pretty web interface.

I did not react earlier as i consider this a systematic must have.
