There is no way to easily display and manipulate rows of columnar data.

Solution
An easy to use table/spreadsheet guizero widget with rows, columns and cells

Alternatives
code using tkinter widgets: TkTable, TkTreeview or tksheet
Or make a grid and use Text and Textbox widgets

👍 are there any examples of the alternatives imported by using tkinter alternatives.
