tagpdf allows to use a stash structure also through the structure number. This is faster if the use is after the stash, which is normally the case. I added support for this and tried also to add a bit documentation.
Edit: I can't see why the tests fail, it works locally and there is no log or similar. @zauguin do you have an idea?
