您好，我想问一下YUV422 以及 YUV420初始化表 以及 转换依据的公式是什么，查到的yuv转rgb有很多公式，代码中的是哪一种，查到的都是直接用没有解释为什么这么用的

公式、初始表都是直接沿用网上的代码片段。当时参考的来源也没解释，我是自己验证过才认为可用的。
公式有很多，我也找了很多，有点效果不佳就舍弃了，有一些保留在代码中。
