Extension should

Work only in dev mode
Frameworks used
Monitor modules used
Should graph of application (modules relationships of consumption)
Module drill-down for detailed informations about module its redux shape, running sagas, styles etc.
Context which should be real-time editable
All running references and instances in DLLs
