You most likely are missing the shebang line. Windows uses file extensions to determine the file type (and everything else...), Linux is a bit more smart about it. This should be the first line: #!/usr/bin/python source: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=754542
minor changes to clarify.
Remove step 3, it is already in section "transformer" 3. Run hibernate (full documentation is [here](http://developer.onebusaway.org/modules/onebusaway-gtfs-modules/current-SNAPSHOT/onebusaway-gtfs-transformer-cli.html))
Important! You will need to run the above command 2 times, the first time to create the tables and the second time is to insert the data. You can can copy and paste the texts.
### Postgresql (assumes version 9.3 & 9.1.13 unbuntu 12.04. Making sure username and password.)
