Update the example based on the removed EvidenceBundle

Just to double check, this would be the removal of the EvidenceBundles sequence, right? Not the EvidenceBundle in singular.

EvidenceBundles ::= SEQUENCE SIZE

The concept of EvidenceBundles is not mentioned anywhere else in the document and this SEQUENCE is not present in the example CSR PEM.
