I am sorry to report that I no longer have any device that has a Flash player installed so watching you video is not easy. Have you thought about other ways of capturing screens?

In any case, I was able to reproduce the shadow toggle issue in R12 and it should be working now in R12.34. I also checked R13 and R14 and the toggle works OK there.
