Describe the Feature Request
To create Alert rules by terraform, if we want to apply default resource groups on alert rules, we have to take their ids by lacework cli and pass them to terraform code.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
In terms of IaC process, it doesn't make sense to use lacework cli and terraform to create alert rules resources.
