The purpose of Advanced Class Diagram for Capella is to compute the missing information in order to display meaningfull information on the remaining elements:

(in this example no modification has been performed in the Capella model)

Advanced Class diagram is normaly not dependant from Capella version

Installation and How to use

Download the Advanced Class Diagram Release. Unzip into the dropins folder of your Capella installation then start Capella.

First, the Viewpoint Manager has to be used in order to activate the viewpoint on the target Capella model. Open the Viewpoint Manager using Window / Show View / Other, then search for Viewpoint Manager. Then select an element in your Capella model (in a diagram or Project explorer) then right click on Advanced Class Diagram in the Viewpoint Manager, reference.

Then, a new layer called Advanced Class Diagram can be activated on Capella Class Diagram [CDB]

This layer completes the class diagram with computed information (properties, operations and relation between classes)
