can't install tabulate-0.8.10

I have problems installing on OSX 10.14.6, admittedly an older system, as I use an old macmini as Plex server. Is there a way to fix the installation error below?

I installed all requirements manually now and that worked:

pip3 install requests
sudo -H python3 -m pip install tabulate
sudo -H python3 -m pip install PlexApi

maybe that's. not elegant, but it works now. Thanks for programming!
