Handling of Unicode -- Broken

Tried to batch some torrents earlier. Japanese characters of all sorts came out broken on the other end.

デート・ア・ライブ
became
デート・ア・ライãƒ

くつろぎタイム
became
ã��ã�¤ã‚�ã�Žã‚¿ã‚¤ãƒ

スフィア
became
スフィア

Etc etc.

Are the filenames broken for you in the torrent itself (i.e. when you open the torrent with a client), the filename of the torrent, or both? I know there is an issue with the latter, which I will be fixing.

Honestly don't remember. This was only my 2nd time using it and I ended up going a different route after it didn't work. Sorry I don't have more info for you.
