Document outdated in the install-enhanced-k8s

What happened?

The document is outdated, as the canal is not supported for the v1.28 or later, the installation guide has to be updated.

What did you expect to happen?

An updated document for the installation on the CNI,

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

follow the installation guide to install will be able to reproduce the issue
