check-artifacthub action bug on some policies with v3.4.0

Some CI workflow runs for policies are failing for v3.4.0:

Worth noting that not all are failing:
kubewarden/kyverno-dsl-policy#52

This is potentially not blocking policy releases, as if the bump of github-actions to v3.4.0 fails, the bump itself will not get merged.

Acceptance criteria

All CI for all policies runs as expected. check-artifacthub action either generates or obtains the correct version.
