List out the machine types with accelerators as part of the Catalog

I would like to raise a discussion about whether it's possible to list out the machine types 
with specified GPUs from different cloud vendors and provide a manifest in the repo, 
I believe this will benefit the autoscaling scenarios. 
For example, AWS p4d.24xlarge has 8 x A100, which is one of the flavor.
