Umbrella issue for application

There are a number of issues known and waiting for time to be addressed:

• apiserver for app handle need more logs feat: add more detail log in chat api #453
• chat api cache is not work. ( we need to watch all resource update, include application, llmchain, llm and so on, and then decide whether to deprecate the cache and reinit, otherwise will cause bug like Delete KnowledgeBase and create new one with the same name, run app will get 400 bad request #391)
• look like knowledgebaseretriever's doc score is always 0.(The documents taken from the vector database are right, but the score is always 0. This may be an upstream problem with langchaingo) fixed by vectorstores: fix chroma not return score from SimilaritySearch tmc/langchaingo#449
• The sse in the chat api isn't really sse. The api should return the results in real time instead of pretending to be sse after getting all the results... fixed mainly by Fix sse support issue for streaming mode #415, some by feat: add more chat api #412
• deprecate the name field in Input and Output in all api/app-node resources. #457
• Save chat records permanently in postgress. #458
• Support pgvector #122
