目前想到了2种：
1。服务器直接转，但带宽成本太高
2。客户端播放的时候实时转，楼主有没有这方面的研究，比如Opencv，OpenGL可以实现吗？

VR播放器很好实现，但卡在了资源这块，如何把2D视频转3D，想在客户端实时转，不知道靠谱不，有没有现成的技术解决方案？

在客户端实现2D转3D估计比较困难，转码对资源占用还是比较高的，可以联系金山云的商务：http://www.ksyun.com/about/aboutcontact
