What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change material price
2. On order with state 'NEW' price is not updated


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
New price                  | Old price

Funny, it is a caching problem of entity objects (material.name in position). 
We will
need to dig into docs to see how reloads of entities can be forced.
