Change the names of the webdriver-ts and webdriver-ts-results directories.

It seems to me better to change the name of the directories webdriver-ts -> webdriver (or just driver) and webdriver-ts-results -> web. So it will be easier to indicate them in commits, and less code to write in the terminal.

At the very least, the ts parts definitely need to be removed.
