System specs:
4090
I714700KF
MSI MAG TOMAHAWK Z790 WiFi
This issue only affects DSDA DOOM.
Both 565.90 and 566.03 exhibit the issue. If you revert back to 561.09, the issue goes away.
Also worth noting that HWInfo64 causes tiny microstutter (perceived as small flashes on my OLED) in both 565.90 and 566.03. Turning off HWInfo64 stops the consistent stutter but sudden drops in FPS will still present the flickering issue.
I've taken some videos to show this. Note that the videos are recorded at 60 fps on my iPhone.
If you look at the frametime graph, you will see the the 566.03 video shows large continuous spikes as the FPS jumps around. On the 561.09 video, the FPS drops, but it stays consistent for a brief period before jumping back up to 175 FPS (capped).
Note that the videos will expire in two days - I can reupload on request.
Interested to know your thoughts :)
