Not firing Insert Playlist Immediate

As the description says, the plugin appears to run through the code and makes the 127.0.0.1 Insert Playlist Immediate, but nothing happens. Strangely enough. Hours after a score or win, when my scheduled playlist begins, it starts with the touchdown sequence then goes to the scheduled playlist. It is like it was queued while idle. I am unsure if this is a FPP issue or something with the plug-in
