Salad hangs on startup when postgres is not reachable/started #4

Salad should either die or at least output an error message if it's unable to connect to postgres.

You might have a look here: https://github.com/komola/salad/blob/master/src/server/bootstrap.coffee#L228 and see if you can get any error information. Right now it just keeps on starting.
