button / submit / reset cause an error

i have problem, when ill put

$this->addElement("submit", "submit", array(
        "label" => "Register"
));

ive got error:

No valid elements specified for display group

I have encountered a similar problem, i think it might be related to the Version of Zend Framework in use, try updating your ZF library to the latest Version and see if that fixes the issue.
