drubs update should check for a fully bootstrapped site #42

It seems that running drubs update on a site that isn't fully bootstrapped ... is attempted, but will fail. To replicate this result:

Install a site
manually delete the site directory using rm -rf etc
run drubs update on the node

A simple check for a bootstrapped site prior to executing drubs update would remedy this issue.
