Emulate Google Reader's preview popup mode

Several people on the Web Store requested a mode when clicking on the button gives a quick preview of latest items and controls like opening the site and marking everything read quickly.

It was like that with Google Reader's extension; now that the API for feed item fetching is out, it's in theory possible to emulate this behavior.

This is more of a "wishlist" issue than immediate plan.

To be honest, that popup window was always quite sluggish even in Google extension.

I don't think we need to implement a full-blown API client in a notifier extension - after all, if you've already got a browser running you might as well go and read your feeds in the native The Old Reader interface.
