Why

While Kakarot had 9/10 precompiles, some were using cairo code that can't be used as is in this repo.

What

Whenever there is already a cairo zero codebase implementing the missing precompile, use it. Otherwise, investigate the usage of a cairo package that would let use compile and inject CASM into keth
