Stop requesting external Web fonts to Google, Cloudflare, Fontawesome.com

It seems (from my blocker extension) that www.kiwix.org needs external Web fonts from:

• Google
• Fontawesome
• Cloudflare

Usually this approach is used to deliver quickly, but:

• This is a privacy concern because it leaks a lot of information about the visitor
• Considering that these font should be cached and are small files, the performance improvement in neglictible
